USIACC THIRD ANNUAL CONVENTION” - USA - India Technology Collaboration and Business Cooperation

USIACC in collaboration with Arlington SBDC of Virginia SBDC and George Mason University- Mason Enterprise Center at School of Public Policy is organizing the Third Annual Convention its theme being USA- India Technology Collaboration and Business Cooperation. The conference focuses on

2.  Nurturing and Enhancing Existing Strategic Alliances
3.  Showcase Successful Alliances as Role Models
4.  Showcase Success in Industry Verticals
5.  Discuss examples such as AAHOA, other NRI Franchises, IT, Wireless, Healthcare, Energy, Social Entrepreneurship, Women led entrepreneurships and Women in Leadership Roles
6.  Leveraging on Successes in some Verticals to Extend or Model other Verticals
7.  Brainstorm and Confer on ways to Establish and Gain Leadership in new Verticals like Nano- Micro- Nano - Bio Technologies

    Committee on House Administration MINORITY PROCUREMENT SEMINAR": 
    The Committee on House Administration is pleased to announce its 2007 Minority Procurement Seminar. In recent years, the AOC has provided more than $675-million dollars in contracts to private vendors, and the CAO has let approximately $300-million in contracts. 

    This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn about the numerous opportunities for business owners to bid on projects offered by various government agencies. This day-long seminar will focus on

    • The contracts available let by the offices of the Architect of The Capitol (AOC), the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the General Services Administration (GSA), and the Small Business Administration (SBA). 

    • How to qualify for the small and minority business contract lists that some agencies maintain. 

    • Provide you with information on how to navigate the Federal contracting and bidding processes.
